Projects 3.1.5/3.1.6
3.1.6 Part 2: Using a limit switch to control the rotation of a wheel.
3.1.5 Part 2: Increasing limit of potentiometer based on the press of a limit switch and value of light sensor.
Purpose of Projects 3.1.1 - 3.1.6:
3.1.1: Familiarize students with sensors and how to use them.
3.1.2: Familiarize students with how to code basic tasks involving motors.
3.1.3: Familiarize students with linking sensors with motors and using sensors to activate other parts of the test bed.
3.1.4: Help students code with more complexity and efficiency by introducing new coding methods.
3.1.5: Utilizing light sensors/lights and linking them to perform more complex tasks.
3.1.6: Making an open loop and closed loop system.
What I learned from these projects:
I learned how best to adjust a limit switch to work in Project 3.1.6 (part 2) so that it does not bend. I also learned how to use a line follower. Besides this, most of the activities/problems present in Projects 3.1.1 - 3.1.6 were helpful reviews for me.
